Be a Station AttendantWhether you’re pushing back an A330 as dawn breaks, or racing against the clock to load the luggage for a connecting flight, as part of our ground crew, you’ll keep passengers and cargo moving. Without this team, working behind the scenes, Air Canada’s fleet wouldn't get into the air. It’s a chance to work in the heart of the airport action, to get up close and personal with Air Canada’s fleet and be part of a close-knit team. To start, you don’t need airport or aviation experience as we provide on-going training.

Our ground crew team is truly diverse and we don’t mean that lightly. We’re from all backgrounds, all cultures and all sorts of industries. Amongst our teams, everyone, regardless of their nationality or gender, feels at home. You’ll hear different accents on the runway, see women loading the baggage in the luggage room, and work with new people every day. Teamwork is critical to this role and we work seamlessly together to get the planes away on time.
